Guests: are welcome and must remain in the lobby.
Arrival: Doors remain locked. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. 
Late arrival: Arriving late shortens treatment time. Appointments late by 10 minutes or more without notice are considered missed. Please notify the office. 
Confirmations: The automated system sends confirmation links via email and/or text the week of. All reservations must be confirmed 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations and changes: Fees are based on the scheduled service duration. Any changes made within these timeframes are subject to fees. 
Appointments less than 90 minutes: within
48 hours: 50% fee 
24 hours: 100% fee 
Appointments 90 minutes or more: within
72 hours: 50% fee
48 hours: 100% fee 
Deposit: First appointment deposit is due within 24 hours of making the reservation and refunded if canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the appointment. This deposit fully covers the cost of the first appointment. 
Billing: Services are billed per-treatment. Payment is due in-office at the completion of each appointment. Card on file is required to reserve appointments and charged for cancellation and rescheduling fees only.
