Guests: are welcome and must remain in the lobby.
Arrival: Doors remain locked. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. 
Late arrival: Arriving late shortens treatment time. Appointments late by 10 minutes or more without notice are considered missed. Please notify the office. 
Confirmations: The automated system sends confirmation links via email and/or text the week of. All reservations must be confirmed 48 hours before.
Cancellations: Fees are based on the scheduled service duration.
Appointments less than 90 minutes:
<48 hours notice: 50% fee 
<24 hours notice: 100% fee 
Appointments 90 minutes or more:
<72 hours notice: 50% fee
<48 hours notice: 100% fee 
Prepayment: required within 24 hours of reserving the initial appointment and refunded if cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours before the reservation. 
Billing: Card on file is required to reserve appointments and charged for cancellation fees only.
